1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines to use jlok. By registering, you confirm that you meet both requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. jlok reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to ineligible persons will be suspended and any pending balances handled in accordance with applicable regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted in your specific location within the Philippines.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on jlok. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any balance forfeited. 4. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on jlok are final once confirmed. Sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, football, and other leagues — are subject to their own specific settlement rules, which are published within each market. In the event of a technical error or data feed failure that affects odds or market availability, jlok reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and are not influenced by previous results. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or market before placing a bet. Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlok: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; exploiting technical errors or loopholes for financial gain; colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes; using the platform for any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity; and creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim benefits more than once.
